Variety of Manual Manufacturing equipment comprised of Knee Mills, Lathes, Saws and Grinders.

Inspection equipment:  Three CMM’s, an optical comparator, profilometers, digital height gages and a wide variety of hand tools for inspecting critical features.  Includes Zeiss, Mitutoyo, and TESA.

Support equipment includes Air Compressors, Saws, Media Blasting, Vibratory Tumbling, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Shrink Fit Tooling and Laser Part Marking. Manufacturers include Quincy, Ingersoll-Rand, CP, HE&M, Mr. Deburr, Haimer and VEREO.

We use a wide variety of software to produce high quality parts throughout our process. These include GibbsCAM, MasterCAM, SolidWorks, HighQA, Calypso, MCOSMOS, and ProShop ERP.
